Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline. In-depth knowledge of the PG and O&G industries particularly in control systems with understanding of Asian
''customer perspectives, culture and needs. Minimum of 5 to 10 years sales experience in either the PG or O&G industry Understanding of customer financial drivers and needs Understanding competitive market landscape in Korea for I&C Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to communicate with colleagues and customers at all levels Flexible travel schedule Strong communication skills and confidence with executive presentations Ability to work within a matrix organization Demonstrated sales skills.

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE's future sales leaders. Leveraging GE's boundaryless selling environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships. Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services, Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers. CLP offers three to four six-month rotational assignments, advanced sales training, business and leadership courses, mentoring and career planning during two years.
