Development & Registration manager, Agricultural Biz

■ Main Tasks (농업제품 등록팀)

1) Development ---Plan and follow up the trials for development and registration of new products. ---Collect and report on competitor’s information by analyzing their activities on development. ---Plan short- and long-term strategies for development and registration of the key products. ---Plan and implement trial protocols for fungicides and insecticides. ---Transfer technical information of new products to the marketing & sales team. ---Make frequent contacts with contractors to make the trials successful. ---Arrange product samples for planned trials of development and registration on time. 2) Registration ---Prepare the registration data packages and submit to RDA (registration authority) in due courses. ---Follow up questions and requests from RDA by contacting the registration manager at RBU. ---Achieve planned registration and label extensions of new products as planned. ---Update the regulatory changes and communicate with RBU and AG to follow up. ---Build up good relationship with registration authority for smooth process of product registration. ---Management of new applications & new account development

■ Education/Qualification

Bachelor degree or above majoring Agricultural study More than 5 years job experience in products Development and Registration on Agricultural    products and marketing knowledge Good English
