Compensation & Payroll ----ㆍSalary increase, bonus payment & monthly payroll ----ㆍEvaluate external service provider to support quality delivered to employees such as -------survey consultant, pension administrator, medical institute Payroll supervising for sites Personnel cost analysis, Personnel cost benchmarking, Operational planning Retirement Insurance : Calculate retirement allowance for all employee SOA compliance in HR |
■ Education/Qualification |
Bachelor degree & Minimum 3 years experience in payroll via SAP HR system English needed medium written/spoken at least |
